The Evaluation & Affiliation Process:
- Submission & Vetting
Upon submission of the formal application, the Academic Review Panel conducts a systematic evaluation of the institution’s profile and institutional credentials within a standardized administrative window.
- Institutional Verification
Upon successful approval, the Secretariat issues the official International Institutional Membership Credentials, an authorized alliance designation, and the digital insignias required for official identification within the network.
- Registry Integration
Approved institutions are formally registered and indexed within the Global Partner Directory to ensure cross-border transparency and credential verification.
- Strategic Collaboration
Following official registry integration, the relevant international departments initiate dialogue with the institution to establish joint certifications, partnership tracks, and long-term academic initiatives.

Please complete the formal instrument of interest below. Submissions are systematically reviewed by the Institutional Review Board to verify absolute alignment with global framework standards.
Institutional Declaration:
By submitting this Instrument of Mutual Interest, the signatory affirms their status as the Primary Authorized Representative possessing full legal capacity to bind the institution. All institutional data retrieved is treated with absolute confidentiality and processed in strict compliance with globally recognized international data protection standards and privacy principles to safeguard institutional security.
